This gathering will bring together Inuit women and gender-diverse leaders from across Nunavut to share knowledge, strengthen confidence, and build skills for community and organizational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference is designed around Inuit values of <em>pijitsirniq<\/em> (service) and <em>aajiiqatigiinniq<\/em> (consensus), and offers a space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside peers and mentors.
